Egan Maritime Institute is seeking to find the best person to join our team as the Manager of Maritime Education.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Egan Maritime Institute is seeking someone with experience working with middle and high school students, who has a love of history and all things maritime. This person will work on the development of a semester based study of maritime education for private schools on Nantucket Island. In addition, they will design and implement maritime education programs for all ages in partnership with Egan Maritime's Shipwreck & Lifesaving Museum.

The qualified applicant must be an experienced educator, possess strong classroom management skills, leadership capabilities, and recent experience with classroom teaching. A full job description is available upon request.
